Natura in partnership with the Euvaldo Lodi Institute - IEL - will select scholarship recipients who have completed their undergraduate or master's degree (within the last five years) for the INOVA Talents Program. Those selected will work on Innovation projects in Cajamar, Brazil the company’s headquarters.
 
What is program about? 
 
INOVA Talents is a program that aims at increasing the number of qualified professionals in innovation activities in the business sector.
 
The path to sustaining the development of the country is stimulating Brazilian industry to remain competitive, diverse and innovative.
 
The INOVA Talents Program was envisioned on these concepts with the objective of encouraging the creation of innovative projects in companies and private institutes of research and development (R&D). The idea is simple: to select, train and insert into the job market professionals that will carry out innovative activities.
